Terms of Service
Tethercast (“the app”) is made and sold by beka, an individual developer based in Kazakhstan (“we”). By downloading the app or buying Tethercast Pro you agree to these terms.
1. The app
The app is free to download and use. Tethercast Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks extra features in the app (key mapping, recording and the detailed HUD). There is no subscription.
2. Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles payment, invoicing, taxes and payment-related customer service. Prices are shown before payment; taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
3. License
After payment you receive a license key by e-mail. The key is personal: you may use it on all Macs you own or use, and it stays valid for all 1.x versions of the app. You may not share, resell or publish the key. Keys that are shared publicly or bought with a charged-back payment may be revoked in a future version of the app.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only with devices you own or are allowed to use, and follow the rules of the games you play. Some online games do not allow key mapping or place players who use it in separate lobbies; that is your responsibility.
5. Refunds

6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is”. Compatibility with every phone, cable and game is not guaranteed; please try the free version first. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Tethercast Pro.
7. Updates and changes
The app checks for updates and installs them when you agree. We may change these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
